No Hidden Fees
There are no hidden fees or additional costs to pay. When you sign up as a business owner, the number of locations you choose is what you will pay for.

Simple Pricing
We love “Simple”. Hence, our pricing is also very simple. If you are a multi-store operator or an office with multiple locations, then just specify the number of locations you want to use for Covid Tracing, and the cost is just multiplied by $15. For businesses with more than 10 locations, we have brought the price down to just $9.90/location. Prices are exclusive of GST.

Common Questions

Can I add more locations later?

Yes of course. You can add additional locations at any time by logging into the Business Manager portal.

What if I need more than 1 administrator?

You can add additional admin accounts for your entire company/organisation. Each additional admin account is $10/mth

Are there any limits on the number of customers that can visit my locations/stores?

Not at all. We want you to get as many customers as you can. There are no limits whatsoever.

Can I send marketing messages to customers that register through CovidTracing

No. Firstly, you only get to see the customers name and last 4 digits of their mobile numbers. It is to protect their privacy. Secondly, the purpose of collecting customer information is for contact tracing, not marketing.

What will I need to get started?

Not much. You just need to signup online, which only takes about a few minutes. Once done, you get logins to the Business Manager portal almost instantly. From there, you just need to have a printer that can print the QR code on an A4 size paper that you can display in your front window, or wherever is suitable for your business.

NOTE: You don’t need a super fancy printer. A simple inkjet or laserjet, home-office printer is sufficient.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day refund policy. It is only applicable if you have identified flaw(s) in our system that make it inoperable for your business and if we fail to rectify any such flaws within 48 hours of being reported.

However, please refer to our Refund Policy before signing up.
